Returns

We are happy to help you with your exchange or returns. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 21 days
• The goods were not used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Little Tack Shop is not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns, only exchanges.
• Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from date of delivery
• Personalised items can not be returned. 

• Only regular priced goods may be refunded.

• Sales items can be returned for store credit only within 14 days or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning goods

In order to return a product you need to email us at info@littletackshop.gr or call us +30 210 816 9119 and inform us how you would like to go with your returns - refund or credit. 

Note: If you select a refund, the amount of the returned product will be refunded to your card or a bank account (it depends on the payment method).

Please note that shipping costs and cash on delivery charges are not refundable.
